I'm sure many of you know the image above as "Calista - Seduction" one of my most popular pieces here on DA. As I revamp my CSS layout I decided to include her as part of my DA personality. Since I am a bit obsessed with twins, I decided two was even better than one.
To the nuts and bolts: Original is 13x19 on Thick Bristol Vellum VERY LIGHT watercolour underpainting Prisma Colour Pencils Used grid method for accuracy of perspective and proportion. Model is Heather Stewart-Whyte and the original photo I used for this drawing can be found in my scrap gallery. I DO hope you enjoy a double dose of Calista and my new CSS... (lovingly being created for me by the talented =agosbeatle ) In Trad Art Drawing we are always living and working in "Shades of Gray"  |
