CALISTA - THE STORY

I am Calista and I am Seduction. My beauty is quite rare and I have the ability to draw in my lovers and hold them with my stare, my eyes, my spell. My mother's favorite story to tell about me is of an Earthbound man that I began to take interest in. He was a beautiful specimen and the more I watched him from my mother's crystal cave, the more I wanted him for my own. His beauty made him popular with other women of the Earth and he was smothered with their affection and attention. I'm not one for competition. SO, in spite of my vanity I made myself shift into an earthly looking old woman and one by one went to each of these women, telling them I had a love elixer that would make him love them and no one else. They all believed me...they had but only to look into my eyes. A party was given in his honor and all of the women came pouring in flaunting their beautiful bodies and faces - all waiting for me to come with my elixer. I did come, with a silver apple and as I threw it up into the air I sang out, "She who consumes the apple will be the most fair and beautiful, and will win the heart of any man she chooses!" The women sprang onto each other in a great fight trying to get to the apple, which of course eluded them under my watchful eye. In the end, lifeless bodies lay everywhere and one last beauty stood up triumphant with the apple, smiled at me and took a bite. I smiled back at her as her flesh fell from her very bones. And so I shifted back into the shape you see now - and looked at this man who was bewildered...My eyes turned soft, innocent, a little frightened? Seductive... and there was no competition for me then. He was mine. I took him as consort and he gave me daughters. I love him well even to this day.

So when you look at me, what do you see? Am I innocent and virginal? Am I so fragile and frightened that I need you to take me into your arms and hold me to make me feel safe? ... look deeply into my eyes to find the truth...yes look deeply into my eyes... you'll find your soul there, and you'll find it has been trapped by Seduction.
